Job Title: National Sales Head
Office Location: Sevoke Road, Siliguri, India
We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and result-oriented National Sales Head to lead and manage our sales operations across India.
The role involves managing a 25-member in-house sales team comprising cold calling executives, relationship managers, and sales heads, along with a 15-member field sales team operating across different regions of India.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving overall sales performance and team productivity
- Managing and motivating both office and field sales teams
- Setting targets, monitoring follow-ups, and ensuring execution
- Traveling across India to manage field teams and meet key customers when required
- Bringing strong leadership, discipline, accountability, and execution skills
The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, capable of getting work done efficiently, and experienced in handling large sales teams with a strong focus on growth and results.
