Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a National Sales Manager. The National Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop business strategies, and cultivate client relationships across multiple regions. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, leading a team of sales representatives, creating business plans, and overseeing budgeting and financial performance to drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Budgeting for setting and achieving financial goals.
- Strong skills in Sales and Account Management, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in Team Management, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to meet business goals.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or transportation industries is highly desirable.
