Job Description
- Lead Pan‑India sales for the Chambers portfolio.
- Manage and develop a 6-10 member Sales & Service team.
- Drive growth initiatives, resource allocation, and business expansion plans.
- Engage extensively with government sector clients and handle critical business situations.
- Role involves 10-12 days of travel per month.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong current or past experience in Environmental/Test Chambers.
- Deep product & application knowledge in the Chambers domain.
- Proven team leadership skills; strong ICs with deep Chambers sales expertise may also be considered.
- Ability to operate in a Pan‑India, client‑facing, technically complex sales environment.
