National Sales Manager – Job Profile

Position Overview
Huk Natural is seeking an experienced and result-oriented National Sales Manager to lead and expand the company's sales operations across India. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing regional sales teams, appointing distributors, increasing market penetration, and achieving revenue targets for skincare, haircare, body care, and cosmetic products.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Drive sales growth across all product categories.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Appoint and manage distributors, super stockists, and channel partners across India.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise regional and area sales managers.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Market Expansion
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Develop plans for launching new products and entering new markets.
- Increase brand visibility through dealer meets, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Sales Operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of pricing, schemes, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with production, marketing, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Key Account Management
- Handle major retail chains, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Negotiate business agreements and sales contracts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Beauty Products sales.
- Proven experience in managing national sales operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
