We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented National Sales Manager to lead national sales operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure strong execution across regions. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive national revenue targets and business growth
- Build and maintain strong sales pipeline coverage for predictable revenue achievement
- Lead and manage Regional Managers to improve execution and accountability
- Monitor high-value opportunities, stalled deals, and conversion performance
- Track KPIs including sales velocity, pipeline movement, and closures
- Ensure CRM discipline and adherence across teams
- Drive forecasting accuracy, weekly reviews, and risk mitigation planning
- Collaborate with Business Development, Pre-Sales, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔ 10+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development leadership roles
✔ Strong exposure to managing multi-region sales teams
✔ Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools
✔ Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Proven ability to achieve aggressive revenue targets and drive growth
