Role Description
A Plug and Play Role
We are seeking a National Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The National Sales Manager will oversee business planning, develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, and lead a team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include strategizing and executing sales plans, managing budgets, growing revenue, and fostering strong client relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions aligned with customer needs.
Qualifications
- Experience 8-10 Years in the Digital Media Sales Preferably in Influencer marketing.
- Excellent realtionship with Digital Agencies and Direct Brands across India.
- Proven Track Record in Driving Sales Revenue
- Proven expertise in Business Planning and Budgeting to develop effective sales strategies and ensure financial efficiency.
- Strong skills in Sales and Account Management to drive revenue growth and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in Team Management, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
