Role Description
The National Sales Head - Pan India will oversee sales, with a focus on driving growth, developing strategies, and identifying market opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. Responsibilities include formulating business strategies, leading sales teams, managing channels, strengthening customer relations, and driving revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and strategic execution to achieve organizational goals
- Experience in Team Management and leadership to guide high-performing sales teams
- Proficiency in Channel Sales, Sales, and driving business growth across multiple territories
- Solid command of Sales & Marketing techniques to develop and implement effective campaigns
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in the building material industry is highly desired
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent degree preferred
