Hiring: National Head – Sales & Distribution (FMCG)
📍 New Delhi | Leadership Role
A fast-growing FMCG brand is looking to hire a National Head – Sales & Distribution to lead and scale its pan-India distribution network and drive last-mile market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead national sales & distribution strategy across India
• Build and expand last-mile distribution (GT, MT, wholesale)
• Appoint and manage distributors, sub-distributors & channel partners
• Drive numeric & weighted distribution and ensure strong retail availability
• Identify high-growth markets (urban + rural) and scale presence
• Implement systems for market coverage, stock flow & execution tracking
• Build and lead a high-performing national sales team
What We’re Looking For:
• 15+ years in FMCG sales & distribution leadership
• Background from leading FMCG companies (e.g., global/large Indian brands)
• Proven experience in large-scale distribution expansion
• Strong distributor network across India
• Ability to build last-mile infrastructure from scratch
