Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the National Sales Head, based in Bengaluru with an option for partial work-from-home. As the National Sales Head, you will oversee and drive sales growth strategies, lead and manage high-performing sales teams, and develop strong channel sales partnerships to strengthen Urbanebolt's footprint across the nation. You will collaborate with the marketing and business planning teams to design and execute campaigns, ensure targets are met, and create impactful strategies to foster growth and scalability. This role requires a results-driven leader who can manage, inspire, and cultivate a high-performance sales culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Planning and creating strategies to drive national sales growth
- Expertise in Team Management and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong skills in Sales, Channel Sales, and Sales & Marketing
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and competition for effective decision-making
- Understanding of the delivery or logistics ecosystem is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred
