Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership & Strategy
• Own and drive national revenue targets across all sales channels
• Define and execute sales strategy, pricing, and distribution mix
• Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities
• Align sales plans with overall business and expansion goals
2. Multi-Channel Sales Leadership Lead and manage the following verticals:
• Inside Sales (Direct Booking Team)
o Improve conversion rates, lead management, and customer experience
o Optimize inbound and outbound sales funnels
• Online Travel Agents (OTAs)
o Manage relationships with platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.
o Drive visibility, rankings, and revenue contribution
o Optimize channel performance and cost of acquisition
• B2B & Corporate Sales
o Build partnerships for corporate offsites, retreats, and bulk bookings
o Drive institutional and repeat business
• Travel Agents & Partnerships
o Expand and manage travel agent network across key markets
o Drive bookings through offline and partner ecosystems
• Revenue Management
o Oversee pricing strategies, yield management, and occupancy optimization
o Ensure demand-supply balancing across seasons and locations
3. Team Management & Capability Building
• Build, lead, and mentor a multi-layered national sales team
• Set clear KPIs, performance metrics, and incentive structures
• Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance
• Hire and develop talent across sales verticals
4. Channel Optimization & Analytics
• Track and analyze key metrics: conversion, CAC, occupancy, RevPAR, channel mix
• Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
• Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and supply teams
• Ensure alignment between demand generation and inventory availability
• Provide market feedback to influence product and guest experience
Key Requirements
• 10–15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within hospitality, travel, or related industries
• Proven experience managing multi-channel sales ecosystems
• Strong understanding of OTA dynamics, distribution strategy, and revenue management
• Demonstrated ability to scale teams and deliver aggressive revenue targets
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Preferred Background
• Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, hotels, or travel platforms
• Prior exposure to high-growth / startup environments
• Familiarity with luxury or experiential travel segments
Success Metrics (KPIs)
• Revenue growth (monthly / quarterly / annual)
• Occupancy rates & RevPAR improvement
• Channel-wise contribution and profitability
• Conversion rates (inside sales & digital channels)
• Expansion of B2B and travel agent networks
