Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Head, based in India. The National Sales Head will oversee and drive the company’s sales strategies across the nation, manage and build relationships with key stakeholders, lead sales teams, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets. Key responsibilities include developing sales plans, analyzing market trends, monitoring team performance, and reporting on key metrics. The role also requires collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, sales operations, and market analysis
- Skilled in leadership, team management, and performance evaluation
- Proficiency in negotiation, client relationship management, and business development
- Ability to analyze industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the food and beverages sector or FMCG industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel extensively within India as part of the role
