We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader for the role of Head – Sales Strategy & Planning to drive revenue growth, sales excellence, and market expansion through data-driven planning and execution.
🏢 Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing
💼 Experience Required: 12–18+ Years
🎓 Qualification: MBA / Master’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, or Business Management
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute short-term & long-term sales strategies
✔ Define GTM strategies across products, channels & geographies
✔ Lead sales planning, forecasting & target setting
✔ Monitor KPIs, dashboards & sales performance metrics
✔ Drive analytics-based decision making and performance optimization
✔ Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations & Product teams
✔ Lead sales process improvements and digital transformation initiatives
✔ Mentor and manage sales strategy & planning teams
Skills Required:
✅ Strong leadership & communication skills
✅ Expertise in sales strategy, forecasting & business analytics
✅ Commercial acumen with strategic thinking ability
✅ Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
