We are seeking a high-impact National Sales Head to lead and scale our automotive spare parts business across India. The role demands a seasoned sales leader with deep channel distribution expertise, strong distributor relationships, and proven ability to build and drive large sales organizations.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / Strategy preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 20 years in channel distribution and automotive spare parts sales
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead 10+ direct reportees and 110+ total executives
- Build high-performance teams
- Drive accountability and execution discipline
