Travel Trade and Non-Travel Trade Sales:
- Oversee and drive both Travel Trade and Non-Travel Trade Sales efforts across all hotels.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives to increase market share, revenue, and profitability.
- Coordinate sales activities, including sales calls, client meetings, and presentations.
Key Account Management:
- Identify key accounts and develop strategies to foster long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
Sales Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Set clear sales objectives, establish performance metrics, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Identify training and development needs for the sales team and implement appropriate initiatives.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.
- Collaborate with the corporate and regional sales teams to ensure consistency in sales practices and leverage synergies.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hotel General Managers, and industry partners.
