With an expanding retail presence, growing B2B network, and a strong manufacturing backbone, Minimal Stroke is building a structured national brand in a category that has long been unorganized.
Role Description :
We are hiring a National Sales Head to lead and scale our sales organization across India. This is a full time, on site leadership role based in Pune Division.
You will own national revenue targets, build a structured sales engine, and drive aggressive yet sustainable growth across retail, B2B, project, and channel sales.
Key Responsibilities :
• Own national revenue targets and deliver consistent year on year growth
• Build and execute national sales strategy aligned with company expansion plans
• Lead, manage, and scale a team of minimum 25 sales professionals across regions
• Structure regional heads, city managers, and channel managers with clear KRAs
• Drive channel sales, dealer network expansion, and franchise growth
• Strengthen architect and interior designer outreach programs
• Monitor funnel metrics, conversions, CAC, and team productivity
• Establish strong review systems, reporting discipline, and performance dashboards
• Identify new markets and define market entry strategy
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align growth
What We Are Looking For :
• 10 to 15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a national or zonal leadership role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Experience managing a team of 25 plus members across multiple regions
• Strong exposure to channel sales and distribution network management
• Experience in premium furniture, building materials, interior products, lifestyle, or allied industries preferred
• Strong business planning and execution capability
• Data driven approach to forecasting and performance tracking
• High ownership mindset and strong leadership presence
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred
