Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Formulating and executing nationwide sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Network Expansion: Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including distributors, dealers, builders, and institutional clients.
- Relationship Management: Building relationships with influencers like architects, interior designers, and structural engineers to drive specifications.
- Team Leadership: Leading and motivating regional sales managers and field officers to drive performance.
- Market Intelligence: Analyzing competitor activity, pricing trends, and new product development (NPD).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:20+ years of relevant experience in the building materials industry (e.g., steel, ply, ceramics, chemical, fasteners,tiles ,pvc pipes ,bathware ,sanitaryware ,paints,roofing, ).
- Sales Strategy: Proven experience in managing channel sales and B2B/projects Sales.
- Leadership: Strong people management skills and ability to drive high-performance teams.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
