Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and revenue-driven National Sales Head – Cloud & Digital Services to lead and scale Altin Teksol’s cloud business across India.
This role will be responsible for driving national revenue growth, building a high-performance cloud sales organization, and expanding enterprise adoption of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise technology sales, cloud platforms, managed services, and hyperscaler partner ecosystems, with a proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
This role reports directly to the executive leadership team and will play a critical role in shaping Altin Teksol’s cloud growth strategy in India.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership & Business Growth
• Own and drive national revenue targets for Cloud and Digital Services business
• Build and execute India-wide go-to-market strategies for AWS, Azure, and GCP solutions
• Ensure strong pipeline generation, deal closures, and forecast predictability
• Maintain profitability and healthy gross margins across cloud services engagements
Sales Leadership & Team Building
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance national cloud sales team
• Establish strong sales governance, forecasting discipline, and CRM management
• Drive quarterly and annual sales planning aligned with business growth targets
Enterprise Customer Acquisition
• Drive new enterprise logo acquisition across India
• Build strategic relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders
• Position Altin Teksol as a trusted cloud transformation partner
Partner Ecosystem & Strategic Alliances
• Collaborate closely with AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud partner teams
• Drive co-sell opportunities, partner-led deals, and joint GTM initiatives
• Leverage cloud incentive programs, funding programs, and marketplace opportunities
Market Expansion & Vertical Strategy
• Develop targeted strategies for key industry verticals such as Manufacturing, BFSI, SaaS, Startups, and Digital Businesses
• Identify opportunities in cloud migration, modernization, disaster recovery, backup, security, and managed services
Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with Pre-Sales, Cloud Architects, and Delivery teams for solution positioning and deal strategy
• Ensure alignment between sales, delivery, and customer success teams
Required Experience
• 08–10 years of experience in SMB/Mid-Market technology sales
• Minimum 5+ years of Public Cloud sales experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Proven experience in leading regional or national technology sales teams
• Strong experience in enterprise solution selling and CXO engagement
• Deep understanding of Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure, DR/Backup, Security, and
Managed Services
• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving revenue targets
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud partner ecosystem
• Understanding of cloud incentive programs and marketplace sales models
• Experience selling cloud consulting or managed services
• MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred)
