Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Domestic Sales role based in Kundli, Sonipat. The Domestic Sales professional will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include coordinating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, offering product training, and contributing to overall sales management initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with teams to build and maintain a strong domestic market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales strategies and understanding of market trends
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
- Abilities in Sales Management, meeting targets, and driving growth
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to operational needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the House Ware or Pet Ware industry is a plus
