Role: National Retail LeadYou will act as the CEO of our retail vertical, driving revenue, expansion, and execution across all GBGX outlets.

What You’ll Own- 📈 Revenue & Store Performance
- Drive monthly sales targets across all stores
- Improve conversion (walk-ins → bookings → deliveries)
- Ensure strong unit economics at store level
- 🏬 Retail Expansion
- Launch new stores across cities
- Build a repeatable store launch playbook
- Ensure fast break-even for every outlet
- 👥 Team Leadership
- Hire & lead Store Managers and Sales Executives
- Build a high-performance, target-driven culture
- Design incentives and productivity systems
- 📊 Retail Systems & SOPs
- Standardize store operations, layouts, and sales scripts
- Implement strong daily/weekly tracking dashboards
- 🤝 OEM & Brand Partnerships
- Manage multi-brand EV relationships
- Negotiate margins, inventory, and supply
🧠
Who You Are- 6–12 years of experience in Retail Expansion / Auto / EV / Consumer Durable
- Have scaled 10+ stores or multiple city operations
- Strong in execution, not just strategy
- Comfortable owning P&L and aggressive targets
- Experience in EV / auto dealership / retail chains is a big plus
