Hiring Alert | National PCD & Franchise Development Manager – Ayurvedic Division (PAN India)
We are aggressively expanding our Ayurvedic & Herbal Healthcare Division and are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead and develop our PAN India PCD & Franchise Network.
This is a leadership role for someone capable of building strong distributor and franchise relationships, driving business expansion across India, and handling large-scale distributor and annual business meets.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Develop & expand PAN India PCD/franchise network
* Appoint and manage distributors & franchise partners
* Drive business growth across Ayurvedic & OTC markets
* Handle distributor relations and partner engagement
* Organize annual meets, distributor conferences & sales events
* Develop territory expansion and growth strategies
* Lead and manage regional business teams
* Extensive PAN India travel for business development
🔹 Preferred Industry Experience:
* Ayurvedic Products
* Herbal Healthcare
* Pharma PCD
* OTC Products
* FMCG Healthcare
🔹 Ideal Candidate:
✔ Strong experience in PCD/franchise business development
✔ Existing distributor/franchise network preferred
✔ Strong leadership & relationship management skills
✔ Experience handling national distributor meets & conferences
✔ Growth-driven and target-oriented mindset
