Role Description
The National Nursing Head will oversee the nursing operations across all Jagruti Rehabilitation Centers, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided. This full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division involves developing strategic plans for nursing teams, monitoring quality improvement initiatives, and promoting mental health care best practices. Responsibilities also include supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols, managing training programs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Nursing and Medicine with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare protocols and patient care best practices
- Strong knowledge of Mental Health and an ability to work effectively with patients in rehabilitation and de-addiction scenarios
- Experience in Strategic Planning and implementing operational processes to enhance efficiency
- Expertise in Quality Improvement to continually raise the standard of care
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in nursing management, with a background in mental health care strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent; additional certifications in mental health or healthcare management are a plus
- Ability to lead and mentor nursing teams while fostering a collaborative work culture
