POSITION SUMMARY |
The Material Handler is responsible for supplying the machine operators with hair, wire and coils and for removing finished product from the department. Heavy lifting required. |
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS |

- Supply machine operators with hair, staple wire and coils as needed.
- Staple boxes and place by machines.
- Remove filled boxes from machines and place on appropriate skid.
- Verify correct length of tube, hair, overall brush, and width of metal using a ruler.
- Clearly and correctly fill out all required paperwork.
- Send finished product to warehouse.
- Requisition materials for department.
- Assist with cleaning the department.
- Take trash out to dumpster, recycled materials to appropriate container.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
