Job Purpose
The Product Manager role exists to ensure that customers experience a seamless, reliable, and secure journey from product selection to checkout and financing. These modules are critical touchpoints in the customer lifecycle, directly influencing conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer trust.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for B2B business App & Web.
- Gather and translate requirements into clear product specs and user stories.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
- Ensure seamless, user-friendly journeys for checkout and loan applications.
- Partner with compliance teams to meet regulatory and risk standards.
- Align stakeholders and cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
- Track KPIs, monitor performance, and recommend improvements.
- Quality Assurance: Review and approve creative materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and are aligned with strategic objectives and brand identity.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of creative campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Decisions / Dimensions
- Product Roadmap Prioritization – Decides which features and enhancements for B2B business (App & Web) are prioritized based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Requirement Closure – Determines scope boundaries, resolves conflicting requirements, and finalizes specifications for development.
- User Experience Design Choices – Approves workflows, UI/UX flows, and customer journey optimizations to ensure seamless checkout and loan application processes.
- Risk & Compliance Alignment – Makes decisions on compliance-related adjustments and risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with legal/regulatory teams.
- Stakeholder Alignment – Decides on trade-offs between business demands and technical constraints, ensuring timely sign-offs and delivery.
- Performance Improvements – Identifies KPIs, interprets performance data, and decides on corrective actions to improve adoption, conversion, and operational efficiency.
Major Challenges
- Shifting Requirements – Managing evolving business needs and ensuring timely closure of requirements across B2B business .
- Cross-Platform Consistency – Delivering a seamless and unified experience across both App and Web while balancing platform-specific constraints.
- Stakeholder Alignment – Driving consensus among diverse business, technology, compliance, and operations teams to avoid delays in sign-offs.
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring loan application workflows meet financial regulations without compromising user experience.
- Dependency Management – Coordinating with multiple teams and third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, loan APIs) to avoid bottlenecks.
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce, fintech, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of order management systems, HP workflows across App and Web.
- Experience with API-based solutions, integrations, and multi-platform product delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
