We are currently looking for outgoing, customer focused people to join our Food & Beverage team working in our T&D's Café. Responsibilities Supervising & leading the café team Preparing & serving hot & cold drinks Preparing & serving food Making sure all food & drink is prepared to company standards Ensuring the delivery of great quality customer service Cleaning, tidying & organising areas Maintaining company & statuary health & safety and food hygiene regulations, and all reporting processes are followed Ensuring stock is replenished, and merchandising is in place and in accordance with company standard Ensuring cash handling policy is adhered to Support the F&B Management team in developing and training new staff Supporting the F&B Management team in any additional duties as requested
