What You Will Be Working On

• Review procurement proposals and submissions to ensure compliance with finance and procurement guidelines.
• Provide guidance and advice on end-to-end procurement process eg. tender evaluation and contract awards.
• Manage and coordinate budget proposals, financial submissions and oversee the preparation of periodic reports.
• Handle the funds and revenue functions, eg. tracking of budget utilisation for projects and exhibitions.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve budgetary issues eg. perform budget virements in workday.
• Coordinate annual workplan, budgeting exercise and review budget submissions.
• Review and enhance administrative processes and workflows where necessary.
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Preferably minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Finance and Procurement;
• Meticulous, well-organised and good time management skills;
• Ability to work independently and with a team, demonstrating strong communication, interpersonal and organisation skills;
• Familiarity with public sector procurement and finance guidelines, having Workday knowledge will be an added advantage.
