About the role

What The Role Is

The National Heritage Board (NHB) is dedicated to preserving and celebrating Singapore's heritage. Our museums, including the Asian Civilisations Museum and Peranakan Museum, serve as vital cultural institutions that engage and educate our diverse audiences through innovative digital initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Reporting to the AD/Audience, Communications & Digital, you will spearhead digital marketing strategies, develop partnership opportunities and drive engagement through digital platforms to drive visitors to the museums.

Responsibilities

What you will be working on

  • Develop and execute integrated audience engagement campaigns
  • Lead digital strategy and paid media initiatives
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships
  • Drive content strategy and ensure brand consistency
  • Oversee digital platforms, including website and social media
  • Manage analytics and performance tracking
  • Lead/support budget planning and resource optimisation


What We Are Looking For

Commercial and Strategic Acumen

  • Ability to translate marketing efforts into measurable institutional outcomes
  • Experience in budget optimization and key performance metrics including:
    • Cost per acquisition/visitor
    • Campaign ROI and attribution
    • Engagement rates and digital reach
  • Ability to identify and execute opportunities that balance cultural value and sector dynamics with operational feasibility
  • Experience in using data to inform strategic decisions
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and its impact on campaign planning
  • Capability to align marketing initiatives with institutional goals and available resources

Digital Marketing and Technical Expertise

  • Proven track record in digital marketing and campaign management
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics)
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS
  • Experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Understanding of current digital trends and best practices


Project Management

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Budget management experience
  • Problem-solving capabilities


Partnership and Stakeholder Management

  • Excellence in relationship building and maintenance
  • Ability to identify and secure strategic partnerships
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
