Detailed Job Description Is As Below
- To have full responsibilities on Maintenance Service Sales activities PAN India.
- Monitoring and Controlling resources, Spare parts Management, Quality, AMC Contracts management and ensuring customer satisfaction on our product through Managers, Engineers and Supervisors.
- Tasks Management Planning resources, monitor service schedule, arrange monthly review meetings, ensure smooth flow of works, ensure proper maintenance of equipment in an efficient way.
- Contracts Management Prepare AMC contracts plan yearly with revenue projection and ensure on time renewal service agreements.
- Parts Management To have better control on parts by preparing retirement plan, controlled consumption, and monitoring of stock parts.
- Quality Objective To ensure the quality of service and response top class through proper monitoring of service schedules and recommended preventive maintenance with assistance of TELC experts.
- Safety Objective To ensure health and safety of technician by monitoring, controlling, and training them with initial safety induction, regular toolbox talks.
- Customer satisfaction - Timely coordination with customer and timely response to keep the customer satisfied.
- Technical Objective - To oversee all technical matters and liaise with manufacturer on all technical matters etc.
- Cost Management - Projection of resources requirement and expenses in the beginning of FY through estimation and monitoring of expenses regular basis.
