Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai as a Manager - Corporate Sales. The Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and ensuring strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include handling sales operations, overseeing account management activities, and ensuring superior customer service. The Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving corporate sales targets and driving growth for employee transportation solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Proven expertise in Sales and strategic business development
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills to meet client needs
- Knowledge of Sales Operations and process optimization
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in corporate sales, especially within logistics, transportation, or similar domains, is a plus for candidate
