Following our successful ₹440 crore IPO and with our official listing scheduled for April 2, 2026, Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar Exports Limited is looking for a dynamic National Head – Sales & Distribution to drive our ambitious domestic expansion.

A top-3 global player in Basmati Rice with a legacy of over 40 years, we are now aggressively scaling our FMCG staples portfolio—Atta, Besan, Maida, Salt & Sugar—under our flagship “AEROPLANE” brand.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Lead national sales strategy across Rice & FMCG staples.
• Aggressively expand and strengthen distribution beyond 430+ distributors nationwide.
• Drive channel excellence across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT) & E-Commerce/Quick Commerce
• Build strong market penetration across Metro, Tier 2 & Tier 3 markets.
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performance regional and national sales teams.
• Deliver strong revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance for seamless execution.
🎯 Who You Are
• 15–20+ years in FMCG sales leadership.
• Proven experience managing ₹1,000 Cr+ business portfolios.
• Expert in building strong distribution networks (GT/MT/E-commerce).
• Strategic P&L leader with sharp business acumen.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-evolving, IPO-driven environment.
