AICRA is looking for an experienced National Head – Partner Development (Franchise) to lead the expansion of its franchise and regional partner network across India.
The role will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and managing franchise partners, while leading zonal teams responsible for regional partner development and operations.
This position requires a strong leader with experience in franchise expansion, channel partnerships, and national sales strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner Recruitment & Management
- Develop and execute the national strategy for franchise and partner expansion.
- Identify and recruit regional franchise partners and strategic partners across key cities and states.
- Build a strong pipeline of entrepreneurs, institutions, and business partners interested in representing AICRA initiatives.
- Lead the onboarding process for franchise partners, ensuring proper training and alignment with AICRA standards.
- Provide strategic guidance to partners on operations, event execution, and ecosystem development.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure growth, quality, and brand consistency.
Revenue & Growth Strategy and Team Management
- Lead and manage zonal heads and regional partner development teams across India.
- Set regional targets and KPIs for franchise acquisition and partner performance.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and operational support to regional teams.
- Drive revenue through franchise partnerships, regional initiatives, and ecosystem programs.
- Develop innovative models to scale technology ecosystems and innovation platforms through partners.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in franchise development, channel partnerships, business expansion, or national sales leadership.
- Proven track record in building and managing franchise or partner networks.
- Strong leadership experience managing regional or zonal teams.
SALARY:
INR 800,000/- to INR 1200,000/-
