Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Development Manager, located in Bhilwara. The role involves spearheading national business development initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic plans, driving sales targets, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The candidate will oversee market trends, identify competitor strategies, and recommend tactical business approaches to maintain an edge in the industry. Collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure alignment with the company’s goals is a critical aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Competitive Research
- Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership and Collaborative Decision-Making
- Project Management expertise and planning capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the fertilizer, agro-food commodities, or related industries preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Bhilwara and travel as required for business development
