The Opportunity

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering team you will architect and deliver end-to-end AI-integrated applications at scale. As a Senior Associate, you will lead teams and projects, promoting successful implementation of innovative solutions while driving performance and security across cloud-native and on-prem deployments.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Having strong Data Engineering skills to design and build scalable and enterprise grade data pipelines utilizing PySpark, Python, SQL, Azure and Databricks.
- Having a strong technical background and experience on Databricks platform with a strong understanding of workflows, DLT, Asset Bundles and Unity catalog etc.
- Having deep understanding of Data modeling techniques and Architectures like Delta Lake, DWH and Lakehouse architecture.
- Experience setting up CI/CD, automated testing and version control for fast and reliable deployments.
- Experience in ML techniques, RAG and Agentic frameworks like Langchain, LangGraph etc.
- Solid understanding of Distributed systems, and experience with Apache Spark framework
- Experience with Mosaic AI on Databricks is highly desirable.
