About the role

Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Grants, the Project Manager will be responsible for the administration and compliance of grant programs and supporting the Grants team at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Key Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day administration of grant programs, including financial oversight, reporting, and monitoring of grant program activities • Serve as the primary point of contact for grant recipients and respond to inquiries related to grant programs • Assist with the development and implementation of grant program policies, procedures, and guidelines • Coordinate and participate in the review of grant applications and proposals • Provide support to the Grants team in the preparation of grant proposals, budgets, and reports • Conduct site visits and desk reviews to ensure grant program compliance • Maintain accurate and up-to-date grant program records and documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective grant program implementation • Provide administrative support and participate in special projects as needed
