Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site internship role based in Bengaluru for a National Business and Operations Head-B2B. The role involves overseeing and streamlining operational processes, managing budgets, and analyzing business performance. The individual will collaborate with teams to drive strategy, lead and mentor team members, and maintain effective communication across all levels of the organization to ensure the success of B2B operations.
Job Responsibility :Core KPIs -
1. Strategic Business Leadership
- Define and implement the B2B growth roadmap aligned with the company’s vision.
- Segment customers by value and opportunity – OEM service centers, shared mobility, garages, used car players, and fleets.
- Own the complete P&L of the B2B vertical, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
2. Client Acquisition & Sales Management
- Use a hunting–farming–harvesting sales methodology to acquire, retain, and grow high-value clients.
- Crack new enterprise accounts and unlock strategic partnerships at national and regional levels.
- Drive revenue growth across all product categories (tyres, batteries, alloy wheels).
3. Relationship Management & Account Development
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in OEM service centers, fleet operators etc.
- Ensure effective account mapping and cross-selling across all relevant customer touchpoints.
- Work closely with regional teams to ensure local execution excellence.
4. SOPs, Processes & Compliance
- Define and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the B2B sales and fulfillment process.
- Ensure full adherence to company policies, documentation standards, SLAs, and statutory compliance.
5. Credit Management & Collections
- Lead client onboarding with a strong focus on creditworthiness assessment and commercial risk mitigation.
- Ensure 100% payment recovery and adherence to credit terms through rigorous monitoring and follow-up.
- Liaise with finance/legal teams for credit approvals and dispute resolution.
6. Operational Collaboration
- Coordinate with supply chain, fulfillment, and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional B2B customer experience.
- Monitor inventory planning, delivery timelines, and service availability to match client expectations.
7. Team Building & Performance Management
- Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performance pan-India B2B sales team.
- Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer-centricity
- Drive performance reviews, goal-setting, and incentive planning.
8. Market Intelligence & Strategic Inputs
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and technology innovations in the aftermarket ecosystem.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and provide strategic inputs to product and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
1. Experience:
- 5–10 years in B2B sales/business leadership in the automotive aftermarket, mobility tech, or auto service ecosystem.
- Strong connect with OEM-authorized service centers is mandatory.
- Experience in credit-driven business environments is a strong advantage.
2. Skills:
- P&L management and financial acumen with an ownership mindset
- Strong negotiation, communication, and enterprise sales capability.
- High integrity in credit and compliance practices
- Proficiency in MS Office .
3. Education : Graduate in Engineering, Business, or Automotive fields; MBA preferred.
