Project Employee, Senior Full Stack AI Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Full Stack AI Data Scientist to join our team on a project basis. In this role, you will design and develop AI-powered tools, multi-agent systems, and predictive models that drive business insights and user engagement strategies. You'll work with technologies like Python, Streamlit, Snowflake, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and LLM APIs, and contribute to the development of an MCP (Multi-Agent Control Platform) server to support scalable AI applications. Major Responsibilities: Architect and develop AI tools and systems for business decision use, with a focus on usability and scalability. Build predictive models using Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow to support user engagement strategies. Design and implement multi-agent systems for intelligent decision-making and automation across multiple data domains Develop and maintain an MCP server to orchestrate agent communication and task execution. Analyze real-time and historical data (aggregate and user-level) to uncover insights and predict behaviors. Create interactive dashboards and applications using Streamlit. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Perform feature engineering, model validation, and continuous optimization based on new data and feedback. Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to best practices in model deployment, performance monitoring, and version control.
