Technical Development Facilitator

National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Consultancy Services (NABCONS) invites applications for the post of Technical Development Facilitator (TDF) from Indian citizens. NABCONS is a wholly owned subsidiary of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), an apex Development Bank under the ownership of Government of India. NABCONS provides consultancy services in various sectors to Government and other organizations. The details of the post are as follows: Title of the Post: Technical Development Facilitator No. of Posts: 03 (Three) Location: Madhya Pradesh Job Description: The Technical Development Facilitator will be responsible for facilitation and monitoring of the infrastructure projects sanctioned under the Tribal Development Fund (TDF) Scheme of NABARD in Madhya Pradesh. The key responsibilities will include: - Identification of infrastructure projects in Tribal Development Fund areas in consultation with the local communities and the State Government Departments. - Preparation and submission of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for the identified projects. - Facilitation in obtaining requisite approvals and clearances for the projects. - Monitoring the implementation of the sanctioned projects. - Capacity building of the community and local bodies for effective implementation and O&M of the projects. - Periodic reporting to NABCONS, NABARD and other stakeholders. - Any other tasks assigned by NABCONS from time to time. Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualifications: - Minimum Graduate Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Experience: - Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in infrastructure/project management in rural/tribal areas. Age: The applicant should be between 28-40 years as on 30th June 2022. Salary: The remuneration will be fixed based on the relevant experience, qualifications and in the range of Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 60,000/- per month (all inclusive).
