About the role

Supporting our customers when they have been impacted by fraud is critical to NAB. Every customer circumstance is unique, requiring empathy and understanding from our colleagues. We want to make sure our customers feel supported and find solutions that work for them. As a Fraud Assist Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer fraud related issues, restoring accounts and ensuring a quality experience for the customer. In this role, you will: - Investigate and resolve fraud related issues for customers, restoring accounts and ensuring a quality experience for the customer - Demonstrate empathy and understanding when working with customers impacted by fraud - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate actions are taken - Contribute to process improvements and policy development to enhance the customer experience
