About the role

The National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Mines, Government of India, invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Post Graduate Trainee (Marketing and Corporate Communications). The selected candidates will be trained for a period of one year and on successful completion of the training, they will be appointed as Assistant Manager (Marketing and Corporate Communications) in the company. Eligibility Criteria: - Qualification: Post-graduate degree in Mass Communication/Journalism/Public Relations/Advertising/Marketing from a recognized University/Institute. - Age Limit: The applicants should not be more than 28 years of age as on 01.03.2022. - The candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in the qualifying examination. Compensation: The trainee will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 40,000 per month during the training period. On successful completion of the training, the candidates will be appointed as Assistant Manager in the pay scale of Rs. 40,000 - 1,40,000 per annum. Salient features of the training programme: - One year training in Marketing and Corporate Communications - On successful completion of the training, the trainees will be appointed as Assistant Manager (Marketing and Corporate Communications) - Exposure to various divisions/departments of the company - Opportunity to work on high-impact projects - Mentoring from senior leaders - Specialized training in functional and behavioural competencies Interested and eligible candidates may apply for the above post by submitting the duly filled application form along with the relevant documents on or before 14.03.2022.
