Roles and Responsibilities :
Business Revenue Achievement:
- Achieve 100% of revenue targets by selling Konica Minolta’s solutions, including Multifunctional Printing Devices, Content Management Software, and Unified Communication Solutions.
Customer Connect and Acquisition:
- Establish and maintain connections with C-Level contacts (CIO, Chief of Procurement, CFO, or Decision Makers) and conduct comprehensive customer meetings for exploration, prospecting, proposal presentation, negotiation, closing, and QBR.
- Acquiring new customers with a target of 1 new account acquisition per quarter.
Account Management & Productivity:
- Track and increase sales of strategic product lines such as Unified Communication, Managed Content Services, and Optimized Printing Services to both existing and new accounts, with a target of selling strategic product lines to 1 account per quarter.
- Plan and execute promotional activities in national accounts by collaborating with the Marketing/Promotions team, aiming for 1 event/activity per quarter.
- Enhance account-wise revenue productivity by increasing wallet share, cross-selling, upselling, and customer satisfaction through regular customer care meetings and QBR with existing customers.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, preferably in south region.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large, complex accounts.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
