About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin / HR Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and HR support to the Finance and Administration department. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with HR related tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records - Provide administrative support to the Head of Finance and the wider department - Organize and maintain filing systems and databases - Arrange meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items - Assist with procurement and inventory management - Handle general office duties and provide support to colleagues as needed
