NAT-SU Healthcare is seeking a driven, organized, and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you’ll leverage your recruiting and communication skills to review resumes, prescreen candidates, and support hiring across a variety of positions. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Proactively source diverse and passive candidates using creative strategies, market research, and networking.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience from initial contact through hire.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and community outreach efforts.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, alumni groups, and professional organizations.
Program / Service Support
- Assist in creating and maintaining job postings.
- Prepare and extend employment offers upon approval.
- Support onboarding processes, including participation in new hire orientation.
- Ensure timely and consistent communication with candidates throughout recruitment and onboarding.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting strategies, processes, and overall talent acquisition initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices, employment processes, and hiring regulations.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems; familiarity with ADP and Indeed preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and improve recruitment metrics.
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Healthcare industry knowledge or experience preferred but not required.
Work Schedule
- Full – Time, 40 hours per week
