About Nasiko
Nasiko is building the AI Agent Control Plane for enterprises moving AI agents into production.
As companies deploy AI agents across teams, tools, workflows, and infrastructure, they need a trusted layer to manage agent identity, registry, lifecycle, deployment, governance, observability, security, and control. Nasiko provides the infrastructure layer that helps enterprises discover, deploy, manage, and govern AI agents at scale.
We are working with our first set of enterprise customers and design partners, and are looking for a product manager who can help translate real customer needs into clear product requirements, working demos, strong releases, and a more repeatable product development process.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Nasiko’s product team and help build the next generation of enterprise AI infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, strong at writing and structuring requirements, comfortable working with engineering teams, and able to spend time with customers to understand their real problems. You will work closely with product leadership, founders, engineering, design, sales, and customer-facing teams to define, prioritize, and ship product capabilities for Nasiko’s AI Agent Control Plane.
This is not a generic feature-management role. You will be working on an emerging category where the product surface spans AI agents, enterprise governance, developer workflows, deployment infrastructure, observability, policy, security, and control.
Objectives of the Role
You will help Nasiko:
- Convert customer and design-partner feedback into clear product requirements.
- Support roadmap planning across Nasiko’s AI Agent Control Plane.
- Work with engineering to define, prioritize, and ship product features.
- Create clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, product notes, and release documentation.
- Help build product capabilities around agent registry, lifecycle management, governance, observability, deployments, workflows, and enterprise controls.
- Support product discovery with enterprise customers, design partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Track market and competitor trends across AI agents, agent frameworks, control planes, developer tools, and enterprise AI infrastructure.
- Help prepare product demos, release notes, internal documentation, and GTM enablement material.
- Ensure product decisions are grounded in customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
- Bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline to a fast-moving product environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery and Customer Understanding
- Participate in customer and design-partner conversations to understand enterprise needs around AI agents.
- Capture requirements across technical users, platform teams, security teams, AI teams, and business stakeholders.
- Identify patterns across customer conversations and translate them into product opportunities.
- Document use cases, workflows, pain points, success criteria, and adoption blockers.
- Work with sales and customer-facing teams to understand what customers need before, during, and after pilots.
Product Requirements and Execution
- Write clear PRDs, feature specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and internal product notes.
- Translate product strategy into actionable engineering requirements.
- Work with engineering to break down features, clarify edge cases, and support sprint/release planning.
- Track product development progress and help unblock execution.
- Support QA, testing, release readiness, and feedback collection.
- Ensure features are shipped with clear documentation, demos, and internal context.
Roadmap and Prioritization
- Support product leadership in maintaining and refining the product roadmap.
- Help prioritize features based on customer urgency, strategic importance, engineering effort, and enterprise readiness.
- Evaluate trade-offs between short-term customer needs and long-term platform direction.
- Assist in defining milestones for product releases and customer commitments.
- Bring structure to product decisions without slowing down execution.
Product Demos, Documentation, and GTM Support
- Help create product demos that clearly communicate Nasiko’s value.
- Prepare release notes, product briefs, customer-facing summaries, and internal enablement material.
- Work with sales and GTM teams to explain product capabilities, roadmap direction, and enterprise use cases.
- Support sales conversations by preparing product context, use-case notes, and demo flows.
- Help ensure that customer-facing messaging reflects the actual product and roadmap.
Market and Competitive Research
- Track developments across AI agent frameworks, agent orchestration, control planes, observability, governance, security, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Analyze competitor products and identify areas of differentiation for Nasiko.
- Summarize market insights into crisp internal notes that inform product and GTM decisions.
- Help identify emerging customer needs as enterprises move from AI experimentation to production agent deployments.
