As we scale globally, we’re seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to build and lead the marketing function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company’s brand, craft impactful messaging, and drive growth through integrated, data-driven marketing initiatives.


The Global Head of Marketing will be responsible for designing and executing innovative strategies that align with Narwal’s business objectives. This role will lead the development of a fully integrated marketing and communications framework, accelerating brand awareness, revenue growth, and customer acquisition across key markets.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with Narwal’s growth goals in AI, Data, and Quality Engineering.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.
  • Own the entire marketing function - including brand, demand generation, digital, content, and partner marketing.


Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Lead integrated, multi-channel demand generation initiatives to drive qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Leverage a mix of inbound and outbound channels (webinars, email, social, paid, and organic) to support revenue growth.
  • Define and track marketing KPIs to ensure data-driven decisions and measurable ROI.


Sales & Marketing Alignment

  • Partner closely with the sales team to support outbound efforts and improve lead conversion across the funnel.
  • Provide sales enablement assets including collateral, presentations, case studies, and proposals.
  • Run aligned campaigns targeting strategic accounts to accelerate deal velocity.


Account-Based & Enterprise Marketing

  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting large enterprises ($500M+).
  • Personalize messaging and campaigns based on buyer personas, industry pain points, and customer journeys.


Content & Digital Marketing

  • Oversee the creation of compelling content including thought leadership, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and videos.
  • Manage digital channels such as SEO, PPC, email, and social media to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Ensure a consistent narrative and tone across all touchpoints and platforms.


Partner & Alliance Marketing

  • Collaborate with strategic partners such as Tricentis, Snowflake, Databricks, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere.
  • Design and run co-branded campaigns, joint events, and solution-based content to amplify joint go-to-market efforts.


Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Evolve Narwal’s brand identity and positioning to differentiate in a competitive market.
  • Ensure consistent storytelling across website, collateral, social platforms, and events.


Event & Field Marketing

  • Lead planning and execution of webinars, conferences, and field events to enhance customer engagement and thought leadership.
  • Represent Narwal at key industry events to build relationships and expand brand presence.


Analyst & Influencer Relations

  • Build and manage relationships with key industry analysts and influencers to elevate Narwal’s visibility and credibility in the AI, Data, and Quality Engineering space.
  • Lead analyst briefings and ensure strategic participation in research evaluations from firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest Group, ISG, and others relevant to Narwal’s growth.
  • Leverage third-party validation and influencer partnerships to strengthen brand positioning and support demand generation initiatives.


Marketing Performance & Budget Management

  • Define, measure, and report on key marketing performance indicators across all initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring high impact and optimal ROI on all activities.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role - in IT services, tech consulting, or fast-growing tech companies.
  • Must have deep exposure to the US market with a clear understanding of how to position and grow an IT services brand among enterprise buyers in North America.
  • This is a high-accountability, entrepreneurial role requiring a visionary, a builder, and a doer. Ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to build the marketing engine from scratch.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic marketing, demand generation, and successful campaign execution.
  • Experience managing partnerships and co-marketing efforts with ecosystem partners like Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP, UiPath, Tricentis, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-channel lead generation and field/event marketing initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating across global teams.
  • Deep understanding of AI, Data, and Quality Engineering markets, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling, customer-centric messaging.
  • Expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and experience supporting enterprise sales teams on large deal closures.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and inbound/outbound campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking to optimize performance and inform decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to align marketing with sales, business development, and delivery teams to drive unified growth outcomes.
  • Will also serve as a public-facing marketing leader and brand evangelist for Narwal in strategic conversations, events, and media engagements in the US and globally.

  • Need to overlap with US time zone, until to 12 AM IST.
