Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Health Insurance Sales Manager to lead and manage our health insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of the health insurance market, and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for driving sales, meeting targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives.

  2. Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  5. Administrative Duties:
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
    • Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize results.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in health insurance sales and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
