• Main job responsibility is office coordination, drafting letters, making presentations and other office work.
• Checking office mails (both patient & business related) and send replies with the consultation of the concerned
doctors (Senior Consultant Cardiac Surgeons & Cardiologists).
• Follow up of all the business mails and reply as per the instruction of the manager and actively involved with
correspondence work.
• Making records and documentation of returns and day to day office work.
• Preparing and issuing experience certificate for doctors, nurses and paramedical staff and also invitation letter
for foreign patients for their visa processing.
• Media relations: Documentation follows on and ensuring desired outcomes on media activities including press
release with the consultation of the Public Relation Officer & General Manager
