Role Description
The NAPS Onboarding Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end onboarding processes under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS). Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating candidate enrollment, liaising with stakeholders, managing documentation, ensuring compliance with program standards, and providing support throughout the onboarding period. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining records and reporting, ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of NAPS processes and procedures, including documentation and compliance
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills for working with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in organizational and record-keeping skills to manage onboarding logistics effectively
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and problem-solving aptitude
- Relevant experience in onboarding or HR processes is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and related software
- Graduation in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field preferred
