<strong>Reconstruction Project Manager (Working PM – High Performance)<br></strong><br>
</div><div>SERVPRO Carmichael/Citrus Heights Roseville/E&W Modesto/Manteca is hiring a <strong>Reconstruction Project Manager</strong> who can own projects from start to finish, manage subs, protect margin, and step in physically when needed.<br><br>
</div><div>This is a <strong>field-driven role</strong>. You are responsible for execution—not just oversight.<br><br>

<li>Full lifecycle management of reconstruction projects (residential & light commercial) </li>
<li>
<strong>Schedule control:</strong> Maintain ≥90% on-time project completion </li>
<li>
<strong>Margin protection:</strong> Target ~40% GM (including all costs/fees) </li>
<li>Subcontractor management, scheduling, and quality control </li>
<li>Scope execution based on Xactimate estimates and approved supplements </li>
<li>Jobsite leadership—set expectations, enforce standards, keep production moving </li>
<li>Customer communication (homeowners, adjusters, PMs) with clear, direct updates </li>
<li>Change order management with <strong>≤48-hour turnaround</strong> </li>
<li>Job documentation and file readiness for billing </li>

<strong>Requirements<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>5+ years in reconstruction/restoration project management </li>
<li>Strong knowledge of residential construction (demo → finish) terminology </li>
<li>Experience with insurance-driven work and Xactimate scopes </li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license </li>
<li>10+ years in general construction knowledge across multiple trades </li>

<strong>Physical / Field Expectations<br></strong><br>

<li>Willing and able to perform hands-on work when needed </li>
<li>Comfortable in active jobsite environments (tight spaces, ladders, etc.) </li>
<li>Able to lift 50+ lbs </li>
</ul><div>· Majority of the role is spent in the field—managing jobs on-site, coordinating subcontractors, performing quality inspections, and stepping in to handle scope gaps and keep production moving.<br><br>
