HR Operations & Analytics

The HR Operations & Analytics role is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations and leveraging data and analytics to drive HR strategies and decision-making. Key responsibilities include: - Overseeing HR operations such as managing employee records, payroll, benefits, and leave administration - Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities - Developing and implementing HR reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into key HR KPIs - Collaborating with HRBP and other stakeholders to support talent management initiatives - Ensuring HR processes and policies are compliant with relevant laws and regulations - Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency
