Maintenance Technician
Position Summary
The ideal candidate would come to us with a tradesman background. Looking for candidates with plumbing, electrical, general contractors, and certified HVAC experience. Applicants with a proven, varied background without certifications will also be considered. The role includes a wide variety of facilities maintenance functions in a large, single building. A typical work week might include plumbing troubleshooting, changing out plumbing fixtures, installing door locksets, exchanging electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles and bulbs, furnace and a/c filter replacement, carpentry projects, drywall and painting improvements, exterior grounds maintenance with provided equipment. The position will be full-time with benefits available. The shift will be Tuesday-Saturday, 11am-7:30pm. A final work schedule and wages would be agreed upon during the hiring process. Part-time shifts are also be available.
Salary Range
Starting pay is $25.00/hour
