Senior Staff Engineer, Machine Learning (Generative AI & NLP)

Nagarro is looking for a Senior Staff Engineer, Machine Learning (Generative AI & NLP) to join our growing team in Gurugram, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building large-scale machine learning systems, with a focus on natural language processing and generative AI models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable ML systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop state-of-the-art NLP and generative AI models to solve complex business problems - Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to define ML strategies and roadmaps - Optimize model performance, scalability, and deployment for production environments - Contribute to the development of ML frameworks, tools, and best practices within the organization - Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML and AI and identify opportunities for innovation - Mentor and guide junior team members, and contribute to the overall growth and development of the team
